Is i-Tel Xprerience a 3G phone?

This Phone is NOT a 3G phone, it is a Dual GPRS/EDGE 2.75G Smart Phone with Dual Processor, hence Dual IMEI Numbers

Where will I service the Phone and how?

Ans: I-Tel India has a tie up with Bluedart Courier Services across india. If the customer faces any problem, they have to send email to customercare@i-telindia.com or repairdesk@i-telindia.com and we will send the Bluedart Courier guy to your doorstep to pick-up the phone and will try to return the phone within 72 hours.

Do I have to pay anything for Courier Services?

Ans: If the phone is under warranty then no money will be charged to the customers.

What is World Card Mobile in Programs in my Handset?

Ans: A software where you can scan the Business/Visiting Card and it automatically saves the data in your contact list (MS Outlook contact). Click Start, click Program, click World Card Software and take the image by the camera (Please note that the camera should be in Micro Mode from the back side switch the button towards flower), click recognize, check whether the information is ok  otherwise edit and click export. Now the contact is saved in the contacts.

How do I set the GPRS settings on I-Tel Windows Mobile Handsets?

Ans: Kindly click settings, click connections and then click connections again, click add new modem connection, select cellular line (GPRS), click next, type access point name and click next and then click finish. Go to start and click internet explorer and type your website address and enter, u will now able to connect through GPRS, however you have to first activate the internet by calling customer care of concerned Network Operator.

Where can I find the Touch Flo Software ?

To install touch Flo download Spb_Mobile shell on manual and Software page to your PC, then sync I-Tel phone with PC. Once the active sync opens on your PC, click explore and then click my device and you will see storage card, open the storgae card icon and then drag and drop the spb file on storage card. Then on the phone click programmes, click file explorer, click storage card and click the Sbm file on the phone and installation will begin. Install the file on storage card and not on the device to save the space. All the .cab files should be installed on Device directly and .exe should be run on PC after the Sync is done between PC and phone

How do I remove the PointUI home & PointUI update Manager & how do I install the ".cab" files ?

Please click start and then go to settings and then click system and then click remove programs, a list will come and select pointui software and remove it completly.
